Scale
  • 1 cup (210g) nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup (90g) all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 3 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar (or preferred sweetener)
  • ¼ cup (60g) dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 scoop (33g) chocolate protein powder (optional for extra protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Optional Mix-ins & Toppings:

  • Extra 15-30g dark chocolate chips

  • A sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
